• Avoid!!

  Avoid this company at all costs %u2013 I bought a motor fan from them back in February and it wasn%u2019t the right one (wasn%u2019t their fault admittedly) I phoned them up explaining the situation and they said I could send it back for a refund. This has taken nearly 4 months of continual calling to get processed - They deducted the postage fees which was never mentioned when they said I could return it but I can see their point but then they deducted 20% as well!! They had no reason for this and said I could like it or lump it!! Awful company, rude, hard to get hold of, terrible customer service %u2013 spend a bit more elsewhere and save yourself the drama. I spent £42 and only got £24 refunded

• Told my garage to cut and shut my exhast

  Sent wrong thing then had nerve to tell my garage to cut and shut it to make it fit they refused, part collected month ago still no refund promised it will happen everyday but to no avail,

• Thieves of the lowest order

  Do not trust these people with a penny of your hard earned cash. They send out the wrong parts and refsue to refund the money
