    We paid for a new caravan and when it came it had 26 different things wrong with it, including wires hanging out, no shower head, bird poo on the sofa and many more things. We have so far received no reasonable explanation or apology from the company and are now considering legal action. We are convinced that the company sold us the van that had been used as the show van. They promised to correct all the problems with the van and have failed to do so. I would not purchase anything from this company again and would strongly urge others to think carefully before doing so. Their representatives have been rude and uncooperative throughout to the point where I have been told that it is a waste of my phone bill to ring and complain.
