I normaly go in when the chip shop opens. i think they use re fries as the chips seems very dry and hard. so my advice is go later and they are better. my advice also is when you order fish n chips or pie n chips ask for them them to be seperated as you get more chips as the are tight as a ducks bum.I use to be able to get a lrg portion of chips and share them between my two young lads but now they have changed portion size they can eat a normal size portion each as they are that small.
very good food would recomend to any who fancy fish and chips
Good quality food at reasonable prices. The acid test for me is how fresh is the fish. I have eaten here several times and can honestly say it has always been excellent! The chips are always hot, dry and tasty, never soggy or greasy. You can eat indoors in a very nice restaurant or outside on the riverbank in a beautiful setting. Recommended.
