Rude and Intimidating
My 76 yr old mum recently used this opticians and had previously called for help filling out one of their forms. When she arrived the Mangeress refused to allow anyone to help and when my mum said she had recently had a stroke the manageress said "That's not my fault". She would not allow my mum to explain that she had phoned earlier and my mu came out of their in tears. She will never go back and I will no longer be going to spec savers either.
