• Relaxation at it's best

  The moment you walk through the door your are greeted with a friendly smile and enter a warm relaxing enviroment. I commence my pampering session in the large Jaccuzi in the rear private, peacful garden,a wonderful experience come rain or shine. If that wasn't relaxing enough on its own, the pampering then continues with Fiona's Swedish body massage,an hour of absolute bliss, the best i have expericenced. I leave feeling totally chilled out forgetting my stressful day to day life stile and just look forward to my next appointment with Fiona. Traveling all the way from Nottingham for my treatment says it all, i highly recommend Relax Holistic Therapies to anyone.... Paul

• Stress Busting!

  Stressed out causing muscle tension headaches & pain? That's me! This doesn't help as I've a chronic back problem that is managable only by exercise and regular visits to an oesteopath, but stress causes muscle tension which restricts mobility in my neck head and shoulders with resultant over compensation in my weak points leading to real problems. I get to a stage where my back problems are a result of the muscle tension which causes more stress and tension. The exercise and Oesteopathic routine doesn't break this cycle for me. If you have similar problems then try as I did a trip to see Fiona at Relax Holistic therapies. Depending how stressed I am I either have an hour or an half hour session with Fiona working on my back, neck, shoulders and head. I walk in stomping and literally float out. It breaks the cycle, believe me. If I didn't work away so much i would visit more regularily. Relax has many treatments and facilities available which I would love to try but for me this is a work life balance clinical fix exercise. Oh, to have the time to indulge further. If you're stressed you don't have to deal with it alone, make an appointment and get destressed, spoilt and pampered. I do!

  Fiona has a wonderful way of helping you relax in a lovely environment and brilliantly priced too. I always look forward to my monthly facial and leg wax. Fiona did a wonderful job of painting the nails of me and my bridesmaids for my wedding. Relax Holistic & Beauty Therapies is highly recommended.
