    Didn't turn up on delivery date, no phone call to apologise or explain why. Had to keep calling them as they never rang back. Offered to redeliver 2 weeks later, no apology, no nothing. Appalling.

    Did not turn up on the delivery date and didn't even ring to say they couldn't deliver. Then offered to redeliver 5 days later. I ordered through b and q and these were the suppliers. I would never use them again and would check that they are not supplying any products I order in the future. In my experience they are very unreliable and unhelpful.
