fireplace survey and quote

I asked this company to come to my house to carry out a survey prior to installation of a new fireplace. After a week the owner failed to appear. I attended his showroom to find that he forgot about the visit and had to provide my details again. He turned up the following week and despite our encouragement to proceed asap he has yet to respond with a quote nearly 3 weeks later. He is also operating an antiques business and appeared more motivated to sell me an item from his shop including calling me later that same evening to visit his showroom, it was after 8pm. I would certainly not recommend this company
