Stressful experience

This business seems friendly and efficient until they have your deposit. Then they do not keep in touch with the progress of your order and are hard to contact and verbal promises about delivery dates are broken Our wedding dress was not delivered until just a fortnight before the wedding, despite assurances that the order was placed in plenty of time, leaving little time for fittings and alterations. The alterations were in part poorly done. The management brushed off any concerns but offered no assurances about what would happen in the event of non delivery This is a stressful business to deal with
