rip off

Rubbish,went to see harry potter in 3d.I took my wife and kids bought the glasses,popcorn and drinks.The had a problem with the camera and we waited over 1 hour to be fixed but it never happened.The manager offered refunds, but get this she said you cant get a refund for the glasses as you can use them again, I told her I had a wasted day off work to see it and paid �£15 for food and drink,it was the last day showing in 3d so I couldn't use the glasses,she didn't care.I told her I come with my kids once a month and it costs me �£50 a go,I have not used the glasses so its unfair to charge me for them.I put the glasses on the desk and said keep them as I am going to Lincoln cinema from now on.Never been back never will.The wife loves it at Lincoln as we go early and she goes shopping first.
