    Called Shaun when my daughter left the bath running for 20 minutes and water had been flowing through my central heating boiler... he arrived when he said he would, only did the work that needed doing, advised me how to reduce my gas bills and, wait for it... charged me less than he had quoted on the phone. Would recommend highly.
