I offer a wide range of holistic therapies,which instill peace and well-being.Massage has been found to improve circulation, muscle tone and ease aches and pains.Taking time out for yourself can relieve symptoms of stress,anxiety and depression. I genuinely care about people and aim to provide high quality treatments to the best of my ability.Along with massage I offer Reiki and Hopi ear candles.

I am in the process of starting a meditation and spiritual development group. This will be from my home in Peterborough.This is great if you want to meet like minded people, use meditation as relaxation or as a way of learning about your inner self.
