Really helpful to people with disabilities
Not long before she died, I went with my Mum to Poppyfields, and the staff could not have been more helpful, not only loaning us a wheelchair, but also allowing me to sit in the spare wheelchair whilst we waited for our cab after shopping. We got some great items, and had a nice meal there, and, of course, disabled access was generally good because everything is on one floor (can't vouch for accessibility of WCs as we didn't use them while there). They were also the only people locally who managed to secure a good supply of grit at a reasonable price during last year's snow (haven't checked today!)
This company has the most rude people working there, every time i have phoned them for something they have half heartedly or not helped me at all, they cannot be bothered and they have definetly lost me as a customer. The owner is just as rude and the old man who works there, well just don't bother asking him anything. Absolute JOKE!
I have on a number of times rung this company for various items and on all the occasions i have been greeted with the most rudest people you could ever know, they do not want to know or help you over the telephone, they obviously can't be bothered to help especially the owner and the old guy who works, absolute joke!
