Having to have flowers for a funeral is not something I like to organise but Natalie at Cottonbuds made it easier for me. She listened to what we wanted, she asked questions about Dad and his life and made suggestions. On the day the flowers looked wonderful and we felt that Natalie and her staff had gone that extra mile.
