A few examples of our most recent works are:-

* Oak beam stain removal and finishing to the green oak frames of two Tudor style mansions
* Brazillian mahogany staircase and handrail which we grain filled, stained and finished to a full shine using button polish
* Sealed and hand finished solid oak staircase in a pre catalyst lacquer. Wire and waxed to finish
* Audley End House, Saffron Walden we hand polished new panelling that had been fitted to the stable block using materials in-keeping with the English Heritage guidelines

Renovation

We also renovate existing floors such as parquet or floorboards. We ensure a level floor and finish in an appropriate lacquer depending on the clients preferences. In listed properties we always advocate traditional french polishing.

Our finishes include hand french polishing, which we apply in the traditional way dating back over 100 years, and more modern waxing and lacquering techniques to leave your furniture with that authentic look and feel.
